                21     knowledge and if called upon to testify in this action, I could and would testify competently thereto.

                22                 2.           I am an attorney duly licensed to practice law before this Court. I am an associate

                23     attorney for the law firm, McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, attorneys of record for Plaintiff Complete

                24     Business Solutions Group, Inc dba Par Funding ("CBSG")

                25                 3.           On or about November 8, 2019, my office filed an application for entry of sister-

                26     state judgment in the above-captioned matter, which was entered by the Court on November 13,

                27     2019. A true and conect copy of the Application, and entered Sister-State Judgment are attached
