                           This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff's filing of a Request for Judicial
                    Intervention (“RJI”), designating this matter as a Commercial Division case; and the
                    Commercial Division Addendum stating that this matter may be heard in the Commercial
                    Division since it involves “commercial insurance coverage,” see Docket No. 7; and it
                    appearing that “commercial insurance coverage” is defined in ‘the Commercial Division
                    Rules by reference to examples such as the coverage of “directors and officers, errors and
                    omissions, and business interruption coverage,” see N.Y. Rules of Court § 202.70(b)(10);
                    and the Complaint alleging that the insurance coverage at issue in this case relates to
                    claims for personal injury, see NYSCEF No. 2, Complaint {| 6; and the Court determining
                    that this case is not properly in the Commercial Division; and for good cause appearing, it
                    is

                               ORDERED that this matter is directed to the Trial Support office for random
                               re-assignment to a non-Commercial Division part of the Supreme Court, New
                               York County.
