17 considered the allegations of the verified Complaint, and the supporting and opposing
18 memoranda. The Court has heard the parties' arguments.

19 Based on these matters, the Court finds that Defendant CITIBANK, N.A., has been
20 properly noticed of these proceedings and appeared personally and through counsel at the
21 hearing. The Court finds further that Plaintiffs may suffer immediate and irreparable injury,

22 loss, and damage unless a Temporary Restraining Order issues pending a hearing on
23 Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction, and further finds good cause exists for issuing

24 the requested Temporary Restraining Order.
