action.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, in case of your failure to appear,
judgment will be entered against you by default for the relief demanded in
the notice set forth above, together with interest, costs, disbursements
and fees authorized by law.
Plaintiff designates Chemung County as the place of trial. The basis of
