On this date, the Court considered the Motion for Continuance filed in this cause. After
considering the motion and agreement of the parties through their attorneys, the continuance is
granted. The Court, having found on February 10, 2023 that it will conduct a separate trial as to
certain claims in this case, ORDERS as follows:
0 Trial on lntervenor, Zephyr Collections, LLC’s claims for breach of the settlement
agreement between lntervenor and MedicalUSA Supply, LLC and Ryon Scott Kestler and
attorney’s fees related thereto shall be held on a date more than sixty days (60 days) from
