                       21      TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:
                       22                 On August 2, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. this matter came for hearing on an Order to Show Cause
                       23      regarding the proof of deposit of minor’s funds. The Plaintiffs appeared through their attorneys of
                       24      record, Richard A. Harting appearing. Defendants appeared through their attorneys MacDonald &
                       25      Corey.
                       26                 The Court was satisfied that Plaintiff had complied and the OSC was discharged. Plaintiffs’
                       27      counsel advised the Court a settlement had been reached for the final plaintiff, Vincent Diaz;
                       28      However, the Guardian Ad Litem for plaintiff Vincent Diaz, needed to be removed as they were
