Upon the annexed affirmation of James Ross, Esq. dated September 25, 2018, and
upon all the pleadings and proceedings heretofore has served herein, and sufficient cause
appearing therefore,
LET plaintiff herein, DAVID DUENES, and defendants MICHAEL CASTILLO and
ARNOLD GEORGE show cause before this Court at Part ___ thereof, at the Supreme Court,
Queens County, 88-11 Sutphin Blvd, Queens, NY, on the _ day of October, 2018, at 9:30 a.m.
in the forenoon of that day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, why an order
should not be made and entered granting the firm of Ross and Hill leave to withdraw as
counsel of DAVID DUENES and granting Stay of all proceedings for a period of sixty (60) days
following the decision of this motion, together with such other and further relief as to this
Court seems just and proper, and
LET personal service of a copy of this Order to Show Cause and the papers upon
which it isbased, upon plaintiff DAVID DUENES at his last known address, and by regular
mail upon defendants MICHAEL CASTILLO and ARNOLD GEORGE on or before
2018 be deemed good and sufficient service.
