Brooklyn, New York 11201 on April 7, 2017 at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel
can be heard, for an Order granting summary judgment pursuant to CPLR § 3212, dismissing
Plaintiff's action in its entirety as against Occidental, and any further relief this Court deems
just and proper.
This action is for monetary relief based on a breach of contract against Occidental.
This action is not yet on the trial calendar.
