Scope of second supplemental briefing limited to Parsons 1965 contract 24 In its November 20, 2021 order, the court limited the second supplemental briefing in the case 25 to Parsons’ work beginning in 1965 relating to the Caltex refinery at issue in this case. Therefore, 26 defendants will not address plaintiffs’ second supplemental arguments regarding summary 27 adjudication of strict liability, false representation and punitive damages.
