COMES NOW, ASHA HEYWARD-JAMES, ESQ., and respectfully notifies this Court, all

pro se parties that she will be on leave pursuant to Georgia Uniform Superior Court Rule 16.
1. The period of leave during which time Applicant will be away from the practice of law is
as follows:
a. June 30, 2023; and
b. July 3 — 7, 2023
c. August 3, 4, 7—11, 2023
d. September 5, 2023
e. October 20, 23, 2023
f. November 20—24, 2023
g. December 26—29, 2023
h. January 2—5, 2023
2. The purpose of the leave is for personal/administrative days, vacation, continuing legal
education (CLE), and professional advancement.
