* On April 04, 2011 at a regular term of the 139TH District Court of HIDALGO County, Texas
DODEKA, L.L.C. recovered a judgment against you for $11,115.49, with interest from the date of
Judgment at the rate of 5% per annum, plus cost. The cause is numbered C-3075-08-C and styled:
DODEKA, L.L.C. V. MARIBEL G. CASTRO.

The above-described judgment has become dormant and DODEKA, L.L.C. has filed a petition and
applied for a writ of scire facias to revive the judgment.

Said Petition was filed in said court by Attorney CHERYL ASHER; 749 GATEWAY SUITE G-601;
ABILENE, TX 79602.

You are hereby commanded to appear before the said court at the courthouse in Edinburg, Texas on
