NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this
Court upon a complaint of Richard Bocca against Giovanni Madonia, Individually and Giovanni
Madonia as the Administrator of The Estate of Lorraine Madonia, the above-named Defendants filed
in the Nassau County Clerk’s Office on May 30, 2023 for the following relief:
Partition by sale of the property (the “premises”) located at 109 Newbridge Avenue, East
Meadow, NY as bounded and described in Exhibits “A” annexed hereto, and division of the proceeds
between the parties according to their respective rights, after payment of the costs and expenses of this
actions.
That the premises affected by this action are situated entirely within the State of New York, in
the County of Nassau, SECTION 51 BLOCK 294 LOT 2 and are hereby designated pursuant to
Section 651l (b) of the Civil Practice Law and Rules as being the Block and Lots which is affected by
the Notice of Pendency of this action and is bounded and described as set out in Exhibit "A" annexed
hereto.
