                     This is a case where the City of Los Angeles performed emergency sewer repair work on Plaintiff's property.
                     The City of Los Angeles retained Ramona, Inc. to assist with the sewer repairs. Plaintiff alleged damages from
                     the repairs exceeding $400,000. Defendants dispute the claims.
