1B OLOSLED JUDGMENT
WHEREAS, on January 6, 2023, the Court granted Plaintiffs Mark Schaub and TLG
Ltd.’s motion for terminating sanctions, struck the answer filed by Defendants Andrew Wyles
Waters, FCP Corporate (HK) Ltd., and FCP Private, LLC, and ordered default judgment to be
entered against Defendants, jointly and severally;
WEHREAS, on January 6, 2023, the Court ordered Plaintiffs to prepare the judgment;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Judgment is hereby
entered in favor of Plaintiffs Mark Schaub and TLG Ltd., and against Defendants Andrew Wyles
Waters, FCP Corporate (HK) Ltd., and FCP Private, LLC, jointly and severally, on Plaintiffs’
10 claims for (1) conversion; (2) intentional misrepresentation — fraud; (3) concealment; (4) breach
11 of contract — $1,940,000; (5) breach of contract — $400,000; and (6) unjust enrichment.
