HUGHES. JOCELYN LIZETH SOLANO is a female born July 20, 2000. JOCELYN LIZETH
SOLANO has not been the subject of a felony conviction and is not subject to the registration requirement
of Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure
. No offense has been charged against Petitioner, JOCELYN LIZETH SOLANO above
the grade of class C misdemeanor.
. Petitioner has been the subject of a final felony conviction.
. Petitioner requests the Court to grant a change of Petitioner's name to JOCELYN
LIZETH HUGHES.
. The reason for the requested change is Petitioner wants her name to be changed to match
the man who raised her, Jason Hughes, who is also currently married to her mother Janet Solano Hughes
. The name change is not an attempt to avoid prosecution or creditors.
. Petitioner prays that the Court grant an order of adoption declaring JOCELYN LIZETH
SOLANO to be the daughter of Petitioner, JASON HUGHES and grant an order to Change of Name of
