                                              22         Defendant SHEENA LUMBO COENEN ("Defendant") without admitting liability, and

                                              23 pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure § 998, hereby offers to compromise this litigation by
                                              24 agreeing to accept Plaintiff STEVEN DU’s (“Plaintiff”) dismissal with prejudice of this action against
                                              25 Defendant SHEENA LUMBO COENEN, in exchange for the sum of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND
                                              26 DOLLARS ($25,000.00). This offer will require each party to bear their own costs and attorney’s fees.
                                              27         Please be advised that if this offer is not accepted, and Plaintiff STEVEN DU fails to obtain a
