OF STAMFORD APARTMENTS DE 2 LLC VS AT STAMFORD CITY OF STAMFORD APRIL 11, 2023 CITATION AND RECOGNIZANCE TO ANY PROPER OFFICER: BY AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT, you are hereby commanded to summon the City of Stamford to appear before the Superior Court in and for the Judicial District for Stamford at Stamford on May 2, 2023 said appearance to be filed with the Clerk of said Court, 123 Hoyt Street, Stamford, Connecticut, on or before the second (2") day following said return date of May 2, 2023, then and there to answer unto the foregoing application of Wescott Apartments DE | LLC and Wescott Apartments DE 2 LLC, PO Box 580, Lakewood, New Jersey, (the “Applicant”), by leaving two true and attested copies of the application, this citation and of the recognizance with surety, at least twelve (12) days before the return date with the City Clerk, 888 Washington Boulevard, Stamford, Connecticut, or with an assistant clerk thereof.
