affirmed on September 20, 2019, the affidavit of Plaintiff, and upon all the pleadings and
proceedings heretofore had herein, the undersigned will move this Court at an IAS Motion Support
Part thereof, at the New York County Courthouse located at 60 Centre Street, New York, New York
10007 on the 21st day of October, 2019 at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard for
an Order in the interest ofjustice granting Plaintiff NOVELLA LIFSHITS a special trial preference
pursuant to CPLR 3403(a)(4), and setting this matter down for an immediate trialon the grounds that
Plaintiff NOVELLA LIFSHITS is over the age of seventy (70) years to wit, eighty-one (81) years of
