MOTION FOR ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
COMES NOW, Plaintiff, by and through its undersigned legal counsel, hereby moves the
Court for an Order to Show Cause pursuant to Section 78.065, Florida Statutes, and in support of
this Motion, states the following:
1 The Plaintiff has filed a Complaint in this matter seeking repossession of a mobile
home pursuant to Chapter 78, Florida Statutes.
2 Pursuant to Section 78.065, the Court shall promptly issue an Order directing the
Defendants to show cause why the claim property should not be taken from the possession of the
Defendants and delivered to Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court enter its Order to Show
Cause directing the Defendants to appear and show cause as to why the claimed property should
not be taken from the Defendants and delivered to Plaintiff as demanded in the Complaint.
