To:             JUNE ULIANO, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE

Address:        65 HILLSIDE AVENUE, UNIT 4, MIDDLETOWN, CT 06457 (the "premises"),

Thereby give you notice that you are to quit possession of the above-described premises, now occupied
by you, on or before 03/31/2023 (the "Quit Date"). This notice is given for the following reasons:

  1. Nonpayment of rent within the grace period for residential property:                      -

 2. The premises described above are being occupied by one or more persons who never had a right or
  privilege to occupy such premises (Conn. Gen. Stat. Sec. 47a-23(a)(2)); and

 3. The premises described above are being occupied by one or more persons who originally had the right or
privilege to occupy such premises but such right or privilege has terminated (Conn. Gen. Stat. Sec. 47a-
23(a)(3)).

 4. LAPSE OF TIME.

 A copy of the State of Connecticut’s Notice regarding the Right to Counsel Program is attached hereto
 in English and Spanish.

 Any monies paid to the landlord, after the service of this notice to quit, will be accepted as "use and
 occupancy" only and not for rent, without waiving any rights to proceed with an eviction action.
