23 This trust case originated with the petition of Mark Saltus for removal of Niki
24 Escano as co-trustee, and for a trust accounting and damages, and for appointment of an
25
independent successor trustee. Later, Joshua Williams filed a petition to set aside the
26
27 settlor’s trust amendment dated February 3, 2014. In addition, Niki Escano, filed a trust
