                                              24          1.      Plaintiff is now, and at all times herein mentioned was, a California corporation

                                              25   authorized to do business and doing business in the state of California.

                                              26          2.      Plaintiff is now, and at all times herein mentioned was, a licensed contractor in the state

                                              27   of California under license number 699236, generally engaged in waterproofing system installation,

                                              28   among other things.
