          20                  DEFENDANT NISSAN NORTH AMERICA, INC. HEREBY SUBMITS THE
          21      FOLLOWING REPORT:
          22                  1.          This is a transmission fraud/lemon law case involving a 2015 Nissan
          23      Sentra.
          24                  2.          On December 23, 2020, the notice of submission to the JCCP was filed in
          25      this matter and the Add-On petition was addressed on February 11, 2021. At that time,
          26      the ruling was to only accept (1) fraud cases; (2) limited to cases with transmission only
          27      complaints and, (3) not previously set for trial prior to September 1, 2021.
          28                  3.          The instant case did not meet this criteria and the parties presented a final
