On December 23, 2020, the notice of submission to the JCCP was filed in 25 this matter and the Add-On petition was addressed on February 11, 2021. At that time, 26 the ruling was to only accept (1) fraud cases; (2) limited to cases with transmission only 27 complaints and, (3) not previously set for trial prior to September 1, 2021. 28 3.
