No Appearance is made for or by either Party. The Court reviews the Case Docket and finds the following: - Defendant, IMortgage.com, Inc., was served on April 2, 2021. Plaintiff's Request for Entry of Judgment as to Defendant, IMortgage.com, was rejected on September 14, 2021. - Counsel for Plaintiff, James Thomas Imperiale, appeared in a Limited Scope on December 3, 2021. Notice regarding rejection of Default/Clerk's Judgment sent out on December 14, 2021, was sent to Counsel, James Imperiale, and not the Plaintiff. Therefore, the Court orders all correspondence be directed/sent to the Plaintiff, in Pro Per. - Judgment was entered in favor of Defendant, NationStar Mortgage, LLC., on April 13, 2022. - Plaintiff's Request for Default as to Defendant, Aztec Foreclosure Corporation, was rejected on December 1, 2021, and again on January 3, 2022 (Defendant, Aztec Foreclosure Corp. Responded/Answered as of April 14, 2021). The Court orders the Plaintiff to submit "Request for Entry of Default/Judgment" against Defendants, IMortgage.com, Inc. and Aztec Foreclosure Corp., and, Request for Entry of Default Judgment as to Defendant, Morgan Picks Two, LLC no later than April 3, 2023.
