In accordance with Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 11, this letter shall serve to
memorialize our agreement to extend the Temporary Restraining Order obtained by Plaintiff in
the above-styled matter. We agree to extend the Temporary Restraining Order for an additional
14 days. Further, subject to the Court's availability we agree to reschedule the Temporary
Injunction hearing scheduled for Monday, July 27, 2020, to a date within the 14 day extension
period.
