         24     CCP section 425.16 into a motion to strike under CCP section 436.
         25               An antiSLAPP motion brought under section 425.16 is a “special” motion to strike. It is
         26     brought by a party who seeks a dismissal of an entire compliant or cause of action, as to him or
         27     her, based on the contention that the activity which provides the basis for the complaint or cause
