                                            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that as of December 28, 2022, Plaintiff Mashatu, LLC has reached
                               18
                                    a conditional settlement with defendant JS Glass & Mirror, Inc. The settlement will resolve the action
                               19
                                    against JS Glass & Mirror, Inc. only, subject to finalizing a written settlement agreement and release
                               20
                                    which is currently being negotiated by the parties.

                                            This settlement does not pertain to any other parties in this case. Plaintiff expects to file a
                               22
                                    dismissal with prejudice as to JS Glass & Mirror, Inc. only, by February 6, 2023.
