                   21                   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Defendant Jaguar Land Rover North America (“JLRNA”) will

                   22        and hereby does move this Court for an order taxing cost of Plaintiff Berg Ghazarossian

                   23        (“PLAINTIFF”) as hereinafter described Item number 8 for expert witness fees pursuant to California

                   24        Code of Civil Procedure Section 1033.5(b)(1) on the ground that Item number 8 for fees of experts not

                   25        ordered by the court are not allowable as costs. The Moving Defendant’s Motion to Tax Costs will be

                   26        heard on December 12, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. in Department 40 of the above-entitled Court, located at the

                   27        111 N Hill St., Los Angeles, California 90012.
