15          1.       Defendant San Jose Auto Outlet Plus Trucks, Inc. (“Corporate Defendant”) acts

16   an auto dealership. After selling automobiles to customers and financing the same sale,

17   Defendant would sell these loans to Plaintiff Westlake Services, LLC (“Plaintiff”).

18          2.       Unfortunately, certain of these loans went bad and pursuant to the terms of the

19   contract entered into by and between Plaintiff, Corporate Defendant, and KHOSROW

20   ONBIRBACK (“Personal Guarantor”, together with Corporate Defendant, “Defendants”),

21   Defendants remained personally liable for these debts.

22          3.       Therefore, based on the foregoing, Plaintiff now seeks entry of default judgment

23   in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly and severally, for the sum of $41,009.10.
