The Court Grants the petition to approve compromise of pending action of claimant Lynn
Thompson, by and through her guardian ad litem Evan Thompson.
The tentative ruling becomes the final Order of the Court which is signed and filed this date and
incorporated by reference herein.

date. Counsel agrees with the Court that due to the the petition to approve compromise of
