15   I, the undersigned attorney of record, hereby declare as follows:
16          1.       I am an attorney licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California,
17   and I am one of the attorneys of record for Absolute Resolutions Investments, LLC (herein
18   referred to as “Plaintiff”). This declaration is made of my own knowledge and if sworn as a
19   witness, I would and could testify thereto.
20          2.       The above-entitled action and attached complaint is a claim for money damages
21
     less than or equal to $5000.00, and therefore, falls within the monetary jurisdiction of the small
22
     claims court.

            3.       Plaintiff is an assignee of the debt/claim for which money is sought, and

     therefore, is prohibited from filing in small claims court pursuant to C.C.P. §116.420.
