Dear Justice Jamieson:
We are writing in response to opposing counsel's recently e-filed letter and proposed
mediation order. (NYSCEF Nos. 1608 & 1609). Over the past few days, the parties have been in
regular communication regarding several open items, including mediation. This morning, the
Defendant sent their comments on the proposed mediation order to opposing counsel and
requested a call to discuss them this coming Monday morning. We are optimistic that after
meeting and conferring with opposing counsel, the parties will be able to agree on a joint
proposed mediation order to submit to the Court.
