Petitioner in the above-entitled matter was previously granted a stay of suspension which ended on December 23, 2022. Petitioner has suffered substantial damage and harm in particular, to his inability to maintain his job status and requirements if his driver’s license is suspended pending a hearing on the writ of mandamus, heretofore filed in this court.
