M.D., Paul A. Cedeno, M.D., Mounika Gunduru, M.D., and Gwendeline Demers, PA by and

through undersigned counsel, hereby respectfully request an extension of time of thirty (30) days,

up to and including Friday, April 7, 2023, within which to plead to Plaintiff’s Complaint, dated

November 3, 2022. The Defendants require additional time to investigate the plaintiff’s allegations

and prepare an appropriate responsive pleading. The Defendants certify that this case has not been

assigned for trial.
