Failure to comply will void and dispose of your filing pursuant to the Code of Civil
Procedure section 411.20. lf a trial/hearing is scheduled to be heard prior to the due date
above. the fee must be paid prior to the trial or hearing. Failure of the party to pay the
fee prior to the trial/hearing date shall result in a voided filing. Further proceedings are
suspended for the party tendering the check until payment of the required fees are made
pursuant to the Code of Civil procedure section 411.20(f).
