         Plaintiff, UNITRIN ADVANTAGE INSURANCE COMPANY (“Unitrin”), having

duly moved this Court for an order seeking a renew this Court’s July 9, 2020 order

against defendants ABA CHIROPRACTIC, P.C., CORONA MEDICAL PLAZA, P.C.,

and ELMONT REHAB PT, P.C. and upon reargument granting Unitrin summary

judgment, and the motion having been fully submitted before this Court, and,


        NOW upon the motion of Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, P.C., attorneys for Unitrin,

it is
        ORDERED that Unitrin’s motion for motion is granted against defendants

defendants ABA CHIROPRACTIC, P.C., CORONA MEDICAL PLAZA, P.C., and

ELMONT REHAB PT, P.C. and it is further

        ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECLARED that Unitrin, including its parents,

subsidiaries, or affiliates, has no duty to pay any No-Fault benefits in the form of sums,

monies, damage, awards, or benefits to defendants ABA CHIROPRACTIC, P.C.,

CORONA MEDICAL PLAZA, P.C., and ELMONT REHAB PT, P.C. their agents,

employees, assignees, or heirs arising out of any current or future proceeding, including

without limitation, arbitrations and lawsuits seeking to recover No-Fault benefits on

behalf of ANGELA SALGUEDO for the May 16, 2016 collision referenced in the

complaint (also known as claim number 80903), and it is

        ORDERED that this action shall proceed against the defendant APPLE

ACUPUNCTURE, PC for the claims of DWAYNE CORWISE.1
