trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT, the Plaintiff in this action, and voluntarily dismisses
the above cause of action without prejudice and hereby gives notice that the above-referenced
action that was the basis for the Notice of Lis Pendens has been resolved and the acceleration of
the promissory note is hereby withdrawn and the unaccrued balance of the promissory note is
hereby decelerated. Accordingly, the Lis Pendens, recorded May 31, 2016, in Official Records in
Book 19209; Page 1601 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida isdissolved.
