A visual inspection was conducted and the recom-
mendations herein are made in order to correcly main-
tain the systems and outline the requirements that are
needed to bring the systems back to manufacturers
specifications.
Units require: Insulation, Opening up walls for install
assessment, Access panels, Cleaning, Filter replace-
ment, CFM testing, Pressure testing.
Winter Wolf Tech is a licensed heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
firm serving all five boroughs of New York City. Winter Wolf Tech is an
authorized dealer and certified to provide design proposals, execute
the installation of the system within the manufacturer’s desired speci-
fications, as well as diagnose, test, repair and replace equipment, and
reinstate the operation of the system as it was originally intended.

Systemic issue, each of the 14 air handlers has the same issue:
- Need to allow better acces to allow for regular servicing of the units and
need to insulate.
- See page 12 for unsatisfactory condition of filters at the time of inspection.

Units are not mounted accoding to code (illegally mounted to top of roof.)
RECOMMENDATION:
Units need to be a minimum of 12 inches from the surface of the roof and properly
supported on parepit using I-Beam or similar.

The gap between the register and the ductwork it is clearly leaking air from the
metal tape seam. (No ducts sealer used to properly seal the connection points.)
This tremendously comprimises the efficiency of the systems.
This is one of the few locations that we can see - we don’t know what is going on
inside the walls.
See following page for another example of this.
RECOMMENDATION:
Balance all the supplys via testing to determine if there is any leakage. Exploratory
as needed to find other sub-par work throughout the house.

Filters are completely clogged and not accessable for routine maintenance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Create access panel to allow filters to be changed.

This unit does not allow any acces to the control board and can’t be properly
serviced as a result.
