Plaintiff, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association will move before the Richmond County
Supreme Court, located at 26 Central Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10301 to be heard before Hon.
Desmond A. Green , J.S.C. on the 12th day of April, 2023 at 9:30a.m. in the forenoon of that day,
on submission only, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard for an Order:
1. Extending time for Plaintiff to set the sale of the property of the subject Note and
Mortgage being foreclosed in this action; and
2. For such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and equitable.
The above-titled action is brought to foreclose a mortgage on real property located in
Richmond County.
