The operative First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) was filed March 22, 2022. The gravamen of plaintiff's case is that she has a disability and sincere religious beliefs which prevented her from participating in the Covid protocols mandated by the college. Rather than agreeing to plaintiff's proposed accommodations, defendants dropped plaintiff from all of her classes. Defendants have filed a demurrer to causes of action 3-10. In support of the demurrer, defendants have also filed a Request for Judicial Notice which, without objection, is granted.
