INTRODUCTION 22 Plaintiff Matthew Reilly, is a victim of childhood sexual abuse at the hands of James S. 23 Martin (“Martin”) who was at all times relevant a Boy Scout leader, member, and volunteer in 24 the Boy Scouts of America. During the dates of the abuse of Plaintiff, Reilly was a Boy Scout 25 leader, member and volunteer assigned to Defendant Doe Council 1, Doe Council 2, Doe Diocese, 26 and Doe Sponsor. Through this Motion, Plaintiff seeks an order sealing Plaintiff’s certificates of 27 merit required to be filed pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure §§ 340.1(g)(1) and 28 (g)(2). 1 PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO SEAL CERTIFICATES OF MERIT
