              23                      Based upon information and belief available to Plaintiff N.H. at the time of the filing of
              24           this Complaint for Damages, Plaintiff makes the following allegations:
              25                      1.          Plaintiff N.H. is an adult male, born in March 1957. As of approximately 1970,
              26           Plaintiff N.H. was a member of Scouting group composed of minors, and led by adults who were
              27           approved, overseen, and answerable to Defendant Doe 1, Scouting Council and Defendants Doe
              28           2 through 100, based out of Los Angeles, California.
