                  21             1.         I am employed by Plaintiff Financial Pacific Leasing, Inc., a Washington corporation
                  22   (Plaintiff) as Vice President of Portfolio Services and am charged with the responsibility for the
                  23   collection of the obligation of the Defendants sued upon herein. My responsibilities include knowledge
                  24   of Plaintiff's bookkeeping procedures. I am required to know and, in fact, am very familiar with the job
                  25   of Plaintiff's employees and the method they use in making bookkeeping entries and maintaining other
                  26   records.
