1. I am an attorney in the law firm of Littleton Park Joyce Ughetta & Kelly, LLP,
counsel for Defendant BASF Corporation (hereinafter BASF Corp.) in this matter.
2. I am duly admitted to practice law and a member of good standing in the state of
New Jersey.
3. I respectfully submit this Affidavit in Support of this application for my admission
to practice pro hac vice as a visiting attorney for the purpose of this case pursuant to 22 NYCRR
§ 520.11 and 22 NYCRR § 690.3 (a).
4. I have never been sanctioned for violation of laws, statutes, rules or procedures of
the Court of the State of New York or any other state.
5. I have familiarized myself with New York State laws, statutes, rules and procedures
of the Court, and shall comply therewith.
6. I am in good standing at the bar of each jurisdiction in which I have been admitted
and no charge has ever been filed against me by the grievance committee or the body entertaining
complaints against lawyers in each such jurisdiction.
