Mr. Prusick has advised me he has turned over the property to his mortgagee. I will forward a copy of the repair
estimate to you when it is completed and we will issue payment to the lienholders. Our policy lists Geddes
Federal Savings and Loan and also Key Bank National Association.
Our claim is for vandalism that occurred this summer. The broken windows and doors were boarded up and the
property secured. I am not sure if the property has been winterized by Mr. Prusick but this is something your
client may want to be sure is completed prior to the winter weather. This would not be part of our claim.
I will have the report over to you this week.
