That Key Bank mortgage was subsequently subordinated to the Syracuse Securities, now Geddes Federa,l mortgage. Prior to the Syracuse Securities mortgage, Kathleen quit claimed her interest in the property. However, in order to clear any potential title issues, I think it would be best to include Kathleen. The easiest and simplest way to handle this would be to have Key Bank release this parcel, then have you and Kathleen deed the properties to Gedde Federal in lieu of foreclosure. I will see if Key Bank's attorney is willing to assist in releasing the parcel. IF not, the only route to take will be the foreclosure lawsuit.
