mortgage was subsequently subordinated to the Syracuse Securities, now Geddes Federa,l mortgage. Prior to the

As far as I am concerned I would be happy to sign over my interest as well. I will be travelling the next 2 weeks
if you need to serve me I give you permission to deliver the papers to my office and Mindy or Lisa will sign for
them. please have him identify himself as having paper work regarding the Slosson Road property.
BTW
Whoever you sent over to winterize the house took my key. Let me know if you need to send anyone else to the
property as I would like to meet them there. I will need 2 weeks to get the rest of my personal property off the
property. Please keep that in mind if you decide there is a faster / quicker way for us to transfer the property over
to the bank.
The check for the insurance should arrive while I am travelling. I will be Back February 6 1, if you want to follow
up then.
