Upon reading Plaintiff’s Notice of Petition for Default Judgement, with exhibits, affidavit
in support by CHING LIANG CHIANG, Plaintiff’s officer and director, dated November 28, 2022,
requesting Default Judgment, Affidavits of Service on the Defendants, the Defendants time to
answer having run, and upon Defendant not appearing to argue against nor having submitted any
papers in opposition to said motion, Plaintiff’s motion for Default Judgment is granted in part. Mr.
Chiang’s affidavit in support mentions the sum of $89,997.34. However, that sum is not reflected
on the Complaint and is not proven on the papers. This Court will thus only consider the original
amount of $82,567.03. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgement in favor of Plaintiff and against
Defendant in the amount of $82,567.03, plus costs and disbursement as calculated by the Clerk of
the Court.
