The plaintiff has failed to comply with the court’s order of 1/11/23 as she did not file a Substituted
Complaint on or before 1/23/23. As such, her claims against the defendants the State of Connecticut
Department of Agriculture, Bryan Hurlburt, Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture, and
Charles DellaRocco, Animal Control Officer, (the “State Defendants”) are dismissed.
