therefore appearing that plaintiff is entitled to apply to this Court for a default judgment without
notice to the defendant pursuant to CPLR Section 3215(f);
NOW, on motion of Magguilli Law Firm, PLLC the attorney for the plaintiff herein,
for a judgment authorizing the entry of a default judgment; it is hereby
ADJUDGED that judgment be granted by the Court herein in favor of the plaintiff,
Community Resource Federal Credit Union, with offices at 20 Wade Road, Latham, New York

12110 and against the defendant, Brandon M. Dominy, residing at 94 Street, Waterford, New
York 12188 in the principal sum of $3,491.46, together with interest in the amount of $552.44,
attorney's fees of $1,047.40, and costs and disbursements totaling $645.00, for a total judgment
figure of $5,736.30.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the judgment awarded herein be entered by
the Clerk of the Court as so decreed.
AND LET THE PLAINTIFF HAVE EXECUTION THEREFOR.
