Dear Judge Onofry,
As the Court Will recall, the undersigned represents the Plaintiffs in the above referenced case.
This is to draw the Court’s attention to the fact that Defendants still have not appeared in the
case, in spite of a preliminary conference haven taken place virtually on December 6. At the conference
attorney for Defendants introduced himself via audio only as Michael Neri, however no Notice of
Appearance have been received and the undersigned has no contact information for Mr. Neri and is thus
unable to provide him with Plaintiffs’ discovery demands.
Therefore we request the Court’s advisement as to how to proceed at this time for the case to be
able to continue.
We thank the Court for your anticipated assistance in this matter.
